OPUS LAP Weave Project Kickoff

We launched our interdisciplinary OPUS LAP Weave project co-funded by Polish NCN and German DFG agencies. The project, titled “The formation of the Prolamellar body: where biology meets geometry,” is co-led by Łucja Kowalewska and Prof. Myfanwy Evans from the Institute of Mathematics at Potsdam University, combining biological and geometric approaches to study membrane structures. A two-day workshop of the project group from Warsaw and Potsdam accompanied the kickoff of the project.
