Publication of Prolamellar Body Chapter

We have published a chapter “Prolamellar Body – Getting Ready for Photosynthesis” in the “Handbook of Photosynthesis” (4th edition, Pessarakli M. ed.). The work characterizes in detail the nanomorphology of the prolamellar body (PLB) and its interconnected membrane structures, describing the molecular composition of etioplast inner membranes and mechanisms influencing the self-organization of the unique bicontinuous PLB structure.
